However, Janet on reception was very helpful, in any complaints that we gave and giving us information on things to do in the ared. Lastly, towards the end of our stay there was a storm, and the amount of buckets in the hotel collecting rain water from leaks is obscene. The entertainment in the hotel was awful, it was just small children jumping around with someone dressed up as a cartoon character or doing some stupid party dance, this continued past 10 PM when the entertainment was supposed to be for adults. However the food was always cold and bland. The food is the worst food I have ever eaten, firstly we got served raw food about 10 times during our 2 week stay, luckily nobody got food poisoning. Thirdly the lifts in the hotel, repeatedly kept getting stuck which was worrying in case anybody was in there. The Pool is also a terrible feature to the hotel, it is a tiny pool with a depth of 1 Metre which just cannot suffice the size of the hotel. I would also like to say that the walls in the rooms are paper thin and we could here everything from the rooms next to us and I can imagine they could here us too, absolutely awful and can disturb people's sleep quality. The Air conditioning also did not work very well so we were extremely hot during our stay.
And when we finally got into our room the sofa bed made it worse. We arrived at the hotel at about 10 AM to find out we could not check in till 2 PM after a very early flight, we just needed to chill, however this was not possible and the late check in was not stated when booking. The room had 2 single beds and a double sofa bed, which was broken and severely uncomfortable. However even though we had lots to do and had an amazing holiday the hotel let it down significantly.
